Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we will see only whales, only dolphins, or both on a single tour. However, we are committed to providing sightings of at least one of the species of whales or dolphins present in the waters of the Azores. If, for any reason, no sightings occur during the tour, The customer will be offered a new free tour. And, in the case of adverse weather conditions that make it impossible to carry out the activity or unavailability, we guarantee a full refund.
